at muzi, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. that is why we aim to have all your orders delivered to you in a timely fashion. furthermore, satisfaction involves choice. that is why, along with our selection of teas, we give you the choice of how you want your product shipped.
where?
if you want your product shipped anywhere in the continental us or canada, we will make it happen. muzi has a distribution center in torrance, california as well as vancouver, bc, making shipping within the us and canada quick and easy. this translates into less waiting time for you.
how long?
after selecting which of the wonderful teas you wish to enjoy, we give you the option of choosing how quickly you wish to receive them. from the moment you place your order, give us about 48 hours and we will have your products out of our distribution center and destined to arrive at your door in about a week’s time. you also have the option of having your order shipped express 2 days or even over night to satisfy your tea cravings.
how much?
does free shipping sound good? place an order for over $75 and we will cover the costs of standard shipping as a way of saying thanks. (continental usa only: excludes hawaii and alaska)
if your order is below $75, cost of shipping is dependent on how quickly you want your product and your proximity to the muzi distribution center. you can select from the following options:

where is your order?
if you want to know the progress of your order, feel free to contact our office at 1-877-muzi tea (6894 832) and we will make sure that you get the information you need. we will either provide you with a tracking number for ups/canada post or we will happily hunt down your package for you. however, your order will usually be delivered before you begin to wonder where it is.
