we want your shopping experience with muzi to be a pleasurable experience. your complete satisfaction is our mission. we stand behind all of the products we sell and guarantee them to be first quality. in the event you need to make an exchange or return, please read the guidelines below. if you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please contact us.
we will be happy to make an exchange or credit to your credit card account for any items you are not completely satisfied with, within 14 days of shipment of purchase. payments made by check or money order may take a bit more time to process, as we must make sure that these forms of payment have cleared our bank.
for items that you wish to return beyond the 14-day period, please call our shop to obtain a return authorization number/code (ra). beyond the 14 day period, ra numbers/codes are granted at the discretion of muzi at the time of inquiry and a 10% re-stocking charge may/may not apply. exception to this policy is reviewed on a case by case basis. if you have any concerns regarding our policy, please contact us.
when returning, the item(s) must be in perfect, saleable condition.
when returning, items should be sent via an "insured" method, as it is the customer's responsibility to make sure the item arrives back at our location in perfect condition. please include a copy of the original invoice if possible. this will help us to expedite your request as quickly as possible.
shipping charges in either direction are non-refundable unless the item shipped from our location is not correct as ordered or arrives damaged due to poor packing from our location. other claims may be directed to carrier based on individual circumstances. waiving of any shipping charges is at the discretion of muzi and is decided on a case by case basis.
food items and confections are guaranteed to arrive fresh and edible. opened and perishable food items may not be returned unless damaged during shipment. in which case, a claim must be made to carrier. other returns for such items will again be at the discretion of muzi and only accepted if the product is inedible and not for personal dislike.
credits to credit cards can only be made to the original card used for the purchase. credits cannot be made to substitute cards. refunds, when applicable will only be made by original form of payment.
